Q. Why don’t you update more often?
A. Because we’re both very busy people. We enjoy creating this webcomic for people to view, but it simply doesn’t pay the bills. We both work totally average jobs and make this comic in our free time.
Q. I know you guys! I bowl with you every week; can I be in the comic?
A. Chances are, if you bowl on the same league as us, you will eventually be in the comic. The character may not look like you, and almost certainly won’t have your name, but it’s totally you. Trust us.
Q. I love this comic more than air, and want to own things associated with it, where can I buy things!?
A. We don’t have a store (or anything to sell) yet, but it is something we want to look into once we have more readers. In the mean time you could commission Lindsey to draw you something. Just send her an email here:Lindsey’s Email with a description of what you want her to draw, she’ll get back to you with a price.
Q. I want to tell the world about your awesome comic! How can I do so?
A. There are so many ways! Vote for us daily on topwebcomics.com (click the button on the right side of this page), Like us on Facebook, link us on Facebook or Twitter, post links in your blog. We’re whores for publicity and will love you forever if you spread the word about our site.
Q. Why doesn’t your site have a forum/store/chat room/better layout/etc?
A. Because we’re just getting started! (and because we have zero programming skill) But really, once we get more of a fanbase started we plan on starting a forum and opening a store for merchandise.
Q. How is the comic created?
A. First, Justin storyboards the comic with terrible and humiliating sketches. Then Lindsey draws the comic out with pencil, scans it into our computer, and uses Photoshop and a Wacom tablet to ink over her sketch and add color. Justin adds the text and Lindsey draws in the voice bubbles. Then the whole mess is saved as a JPEG and uploaded to the website.
